My Secret to a Lean Body
Finally, the secret to having a lean body can be shared with everyone! I went from being skinny fat to lean and fit; results shown in Transformation Pic post here.
You too can achieve this whether you’re skinny fat or have a few pounds to lose. Anyone can achieve it by lifting weights! Stop with all the cardio and incorporate more weight training into your fitness regime. This is when you will see changes; it’s when you incorporate weight training!
After focusing on strength training for the past 6 months, my body has transformed into a lean, fit physique. A physique that I have always strived for but never accomplished until now.
I know it can be intimidating to walk into the weight room at any gym or fitness centre. I was for sure! But I know that everyone and I mean everyone (women and men) went through the same thing. How did a bodybuilder start? I bet they weren’t always fit and muscular. They too had to start from somewhere. They too probably didn’t know how to do a proper bicep curl or the different exercises for different body parts. So don’t be intimidated, be badass and keep your goal in mind and with the right focus and determination you’ll see the changes in your body.
