Grain bowl recipes continue to be a big food trend for 2017. It’s definitely my go-to for a fulfilling, delicious meal. And it’s quite simple to make.
Here’s my version of a healthy grain bowl that’s quick to put together, tastes delicious and is very satisfying. It’s high in protein; rich in minerals, vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants; and have good healthy fats too!

You can also grow your own sprouts.
Topped with sriracha for some spiciness and added flavor.
Sliced almonds or seeds of your choice could also be sprinkled on top for added protein and good fats.
This bowl contains all the macronutrients that one needs.
